Scan and OCR Paper Documents: Put Letters, Contracts, Catalogues, Price Lists, Drawings and more into an electronic format for storage and or distribution. Paper sizes from 8.5" x 11" to e size (36" x 48"). Distribute documents electronically via diskette, CD-ROM, e-mail, Internet or Intranet.

File Conversions: Scan document, OCR and convert images for import into your software. Retain all of your colour, fonts and layout. We can PDF CAD drawings for archival and search requirements. Once scanned images can be saved in a variety of formats.

Search your Document: Have complete search capability to find what you need when you need it.

Scan Photos and Slides: We can provide scanning services for clients that have large quantities of photos or 35-mm slides. The space used to store these items can be virtually eliminated when they are put onto a CD-ROM.  They can be scanned in and saved as a Photo-CD image (for smaller quantities), JPEG (for larger quantities) or other formats as you may require.
